Creating Confident Caregivers (19721)
Description:   Creating Confident caregivers is a 6 week workshop to give you, as a caregiver, offers information and skill-building activities to increase participants’ effectiveness as caregivers. Class size is limited so please register early. Workshops meet for 6 weeks, in 2 hour sessions each week. Workshops are offered at the Wexford County Council on Aging, and are offered for free, or at very low cost to participants. Workshops are for any caregiver of a family member that still resides at home and is living with Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, or other form of dementia. Please RSVP.

Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program info session (19859)
Description:   Whether used by an individual in the home or in groups facilitated by trained individuals, this mental health education series has successfully aided individuals on the path to recovery. The program includes the DVD series, books, and a workbook. The books include daily and weekly readings, which reinforce lessons from the DVD presentations and workbook exercises.
